Sambrooks brewery was born in a converted photographic studio back in 2008. If you’d told Duncan Sambrook then that he’d now be making award winning beer on a site that first brewed in 1533, he’d have laughed.
Fast forward to the present day and the magnificent brewhouse, taproom and Heritage Centre at the old Ram Brewery are a welcome addition to the local area.
