A Cheshire based brewery priding itself on being ‘refreshingly understated’, Weetwood Ales was founded in 1992 by Adrian Slater, a skilled brewer and Roger Langford, a farmer with space in a barn and a love for proper beer.
After a successful decade, a team of talented folk was built up and a new, bigger brewery was built. In 2014, Adrian and Roger took a well-deserved step back and new owners Phil McLaughlin and Laura Humby arrived. Phil and Laura are a brother and sister team who have developed the Weetwood brand to include a range of gins and a wonderful onsite tap room and shop.
